We have over 40 years experience teaching the benefits of Tae Kwon Do to thousands of adults, children and families in Mississauga, Burlington, Oakville and
the Greater Toronto Area.
OMAC offers empowering and exciting tiny tiger classes (3-5 year olds), children classes, family classes, adult classes, and after school pick up program. Grand Master Kim is a 9th degree black belt who has earned international recognition for his Tae Kwon Do skills and teaching methods. Master Kim and his staff are dedicated to providing a safe, clean and spacious environment where people of all ages can learn and practice the art of Tae Kwon Do.
Fun and safe classes designed for 4 and 5-year olds to improve focus and self-control.
Children gain focus, self-confidence and respect while learning Tae Kwon Do in a fun, active setting.
Spend quality time with your children in a fun activity the entire family can participate in together.

Due to the nature of today’s freezing rain storm, all school busses and school taxi services in York, Halton and Peel Regions have been cancelled in the public and catholic school boards.
As per OMAC policy and for the safety of our students, instructors and drivers, our afterschool program and OMAC shuttle pick up services will not be operating today. Stay tuned in regards to the status of our evening classes!

OMAC will be closed for the Holidays starting Saturday December 24th until Saturday January 7th, 2017. (Classes will resume on Monday, January 9th).
Winter Camp will run the week of January 3rd and there are still a few spots available! If your kids need to burn off that extra energy built up from all those amazing holiday meals and chocolate, while having FUN, sign up TODAY!
